Sun Decor Fabrics has participated in numerous trade shows and events and prefers to issue their own invitations by using both snail and electronic mail.  Whereas the postcard concentrates on the product(s) on show, the eLetter focuses on the event.

An automated tearsheet request system was created whereby visitors can select product tearsheets.  The system will construct an email containing links to the tearsheets that they requested and send it to their provided email address.  The showroom also receives an email informing them of the request.  The email contains a large image (usually one which is currently used by the showroom) followed by a 'tiled' listing of product links presented as the website.  Website links are also present.
